Rock Rose
| One of the flowers in Dr. Edward Bach’s composite formula Rescue Remedy, also marketed as 5-Flower-Formula, Rock Rose addresses panic that can cause dissociation. This is not only relevant in acute scenarios, but also for trauma healing work when we are regularly in a dissociated state, or dissociate (leave our bodies) in response to triggers. Rock Rose provides boundless, spiritual courage for the purpose of groundedness and embodiment. Being more grounded and IN the body can allow for greater ability to navigate emergency situations or emergencies that are perceived during trauma healing work. |
