Impatiens
Impatiens is one of the flowers in Dr. Edward Bach’s composite formula Rescue Remedy, also marketed as 5-Flower-Formula. It addresses the very human tendency to rush ahead into the future. Living in the future as opposed to in the present moment can cause a great deal of impatience, irritability, agitation and intolerance, all of which result in a whole lot of struggle! Impatiens helps encourage us to experience the tender unfolding of life without hastening into what’s ahead. This slowing of the consciousness into present-moment living allows for a deeper appreciation of the beautiful subtleties of life.
