Agrimony
Agrimony is an authenticity remedy. It specifically addresses the difficulty that some experience with honestly allowing, acknowledging and admitting emotional pain and struggle. When we need Agrimony, it’s because we’re screening our true emotional state with a mask of forced positivity and politeness. This screening can be because of false, internalized beliefs that to struggle, be sad or experience challenge is disagreeable and a sign of weakness. These false beliefs drive us to deny, avoid and repress emotional pain, causing a great deal of inner tension. With Agrimony, we are able to create inner resolve and peace through the acknowledgment of emotional pain, transforming it rather than subduing it with fake cheer.
